Life is a Bowl of Cherries

Hi Everyone!
Happy Thursday!

Stacey here from Stacey's Creative Corner and
today I get to share with you another project using that awesome

I decided to make a fun little card that will hopefully brighten someone's day with that cute little sentiment!
After I stamped my sentiment, I ran it through my cuttlebug with one of the dies from the Big Scallop Rectangles Small die set from Spellbinders. I popped it up on my card with some foam adhesive. I also stamped it onto some of my patterned paper so that I could fussy cut it out and adhere it to my bowl to give my card a little more depth. For my cherries, I simply added some of that awesome CANDi. One cherry is glued down, the other is popped up with some CANDi Fix.

Doesn't the CANDi make those cherries pop?

There are so many great colors and patterns in the CANDi line!

Welcome to the Neighborhood!

Hello everyone!! It's my turn for Craftwork Cards Candi again! I'm Jillian from Paper à la Mode

At CHA I got to meet the lovely people from Craftwork Cards UK. I spilled popcorn all over their beautiful black carpeting in their adorable little CHA booth. But even with that blunder, they were so sweet. Here we are (left to right) Holly from Ribbons & Glue, ME (Jillian), Julie from Craftwork Cards UK and Theresa The Scrapbooking Queen! We had so much fun at CHA and I'm thrilled to have met our Craftwork Cards UK family!

And they gave me some NEW Candi Goodies!! SO CUTE!!

Craftwork Cards is a UK based company who invented this wonderful embellishment called "Candi". And I have the wonderful opportunity to be on the USA Design Team and get to play with it!!

So here's today's project! I LOVE how this one turned out!!

I used "Crused Ice" Candi for this project!

You can find Candi here and here

Trendy CANDi

Good day CANDi people!  It’s Britt Bass from Pink Paper Crowns here today to share a card using some very trendy supplies.

DreamsCard

When I saw the Metallic Crushed Ice CANDi I knew I wanted to use some supplies I’ve been hoarding lately.  My favorite color of this moment is this mint green – I can’t get enough!  I paired this sparkling CANDi with some Heidi Swapp Color Shine (Mint) and a mint striped washi tape from Queen & Co.  Add in some grey chevron paper and the cute Heidi Swapp glitter arrow and striped heart.

I love the extra shine that the CANDi gives the card – it’s like card jewelry!!

Hope you found some inspiration from this trendy combo today!

Pinch Proof...

Holly here from Ribbons & Glue  posting a St. Patrick's Day card using some of the gold Toy Box CANDi's.

I don't really do much for St. Patrick's Day except make a few cards and help the kiddos make traps to catch a Leprechaun.  We've yet to catch that little bugger.  Maybe they'll get lucky this year.  At least he leaves us chocolate gold coins.

I downloaded this "Pinch Proof" cut file from the Silhouette store.  This file is designed to be used with the Rhinestone feature but I liked how it looked sans Rhinestones.  That's just way to much work anyways.  Instead, I used a few gold Toy Box CANDi's for embellishments and added green glitter to the Shamrock for a little bling.

Now, I just need to tape this on my shirt so I will be "Pinch Proof" on St. Patty's Day.

You can get your CANDi' goods HERE!

Pretty as a Picture!

Hi! It's Barb and I am back to share another layout with you today!
Do you ever get a photo that you just can't wait to put into a layout?!
Well, that is how I felt about these photos of my daughter....

These papers by BoBunny were perfect! And I used plenty of CANDi to embellish the layout!

I fussy cut one of them to create this layered flower. I used pop dots between the layers for added dimension and then topped it off with some
Gingham Celestial CANDi!

I am in love with this new Pretty Little Prints Rose Bouquet
CANDi that I used under the title to embellish the scalloped flowers!

And I used even more CANDi to create a circle behind the photos!

Here is the CANDi I used in this layout:

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hi everyone!
Happy Valentine's Day!

here to show you a really fun way that I will be packaging up some Valentine treats.

I decided to make a little paper bag purse to fill with some candy for my daughter and her roomies at college.

I can fit quite a bit of candy in here.

Here is a side view so you can see the paper bag:

I also put some Craftwork Cards CANDi on my little purse.
Here is a close up of that:

I love how the Regal Silver CANDi gave my little purse the look of having metal on there, like a real purse.
The great thing is the CANDi is so lightweight, that my purse is still nice and light.

Regal Silver CANDi:

There are so many great patterns and colors in the CANDi line,
you should definitely check them out.
